Rules for Students

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

To maintain strict discipline, speed up progress and streamline efficiency, we are compelled to take certain precautionary measures in the institution. Their compliance is compulsory and any failure to do so may necessitate disciplinary action without prior notice.

  1. Running, Playing, shouting .or any other disturbance is not allowed in the school during study hours. All games & sports are to be played during the time fixed for it.
  2. Students must respect all teachers and authorities. They must be courteous and polite under all circumstances.
  3. Any damage done to the school property, to its staff or any other student will hastobe compensated for.
  4. All the students must observe punctuality in arriving at school, The late commers may not be allowed to enter the school or class. Continous late commers may be suspended.
  5. All the students must come neatly dressed to school. During regular checking any student found without proper uniform shall be punished.
  6. In no circumstances the school authorities shall be held liable for indiscipline or misconduct on the part of any student outside the school premises.
  7. The minimum attendance requirement is 90%. Students falling short of attendance, prescribed above, will be detained at the examination.
  8. The students must bring their textbooks, notebooks and the school diary regularly.
  9. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, students should converse in English as often as possible.
  10. No visitor will be allowed to contact any student without the written permission to the Principal
  11. The student will not be called from .the class to attend any phone call unless it is very urgent.
  12. Participation in all school activities and functions is compulsory and the school niform is to be worn in all school functions unless allowed otherwise.

 

LEAVE RULES

  1. No leave of once is granted without the prior permission of the Principal
  2. For any absence, a proper leave application address to the Principal must be submitted

in writing by the parent

  1. Students are not allowed to leave the school hours. Leave for half is not permitted.
  2. For any leave of absence due to illness beyond two days, a written application has to

be submitted to the Principal along with the medical Certificate.

  1. Repeated absence without sanctioned leave or unexplained absence for more than 6 consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her - name struck off the school rolls. Re-admission may be granted only at the decision of the Principal.
  2. Students not returning punctually to the school after vacations are liable to have their

names struck off the school rolls.

  1. A student suffering from any contagious or infectious disease is not allowed to attend the school till he/she has fully recovered. On re-jolnIng the school, a medical fitness certificate duly signed by a doctor should be submitted to the class Teacher.

 

REMOVAL OF STUDENTS

A Student shall be to dismissal from school on any of the following grounds:

  1. Non-payment of fees
  2. Absence from school for more than ten working days without written

application.

  1. Non-Compliance with the rules and regulations of the school.
  2. Act of indiscipline and insubordination.
  3. Immoral act of stealing, damaging school property, misbehaviour. Non submission of the assignments given.
  4. Other school ai lures are not admitted.
