REGISTRATION
Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the Registration period.
Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be processed.
Date of test Interview will be given at the time of registration.
Registration fee is non-refundable
Registration does not imply admission, which is subject to admission test/interview and also availability of seats.
ADMISSION
Admission to Pre-Primary classes will depend on interview.
There will be written test and interview for candidates seeking admission to classes I upwards.
Admission under RTE act.
In pursuance of clause (d) of section (2) of the right of children to free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. The state government has specified the child belonging to the following categories as "Child belonging to disadvantaged group namely,"—
The scheduled caste
The scheduled tribe
Other backward classes and special backward classes where parents annual Income does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lacs, and
A Child covered under the definition of person with disabilities.
As per RTE ACT 25% seats in LKG are reserved in our institution. Admission under this category is granted by lottery system of random selection for which dates can be enquired at school office.
Documents Required: Birth certificate of the child, Category certificate, salary certificate duly signed by the Tehsildar.
All parents applying for their ward are requested to be present at the time of lottery.
WITHDRAWAL
Application for withdrawal is to be made on Performa available at the school office.
A month's notice period is required for withdrawal
A clearance Certificate is required from various departments before the withdrawal.
Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the date of withdrawal.
