Rules for Parents

GENERAL RULES FOR PARENTS ATTENTION

  1. Parents Parents should ensure that their children leave for school in time, neat and clean.
  2. The academic progress or weakness of every child will be communicated regularly through the Progress Report Card. Parents are supposed to study the Progress of the child with care and take note of the remarks made by the class Teacher / Principal. They are also requested to sign and return the Report Card to the School within the specified period of one week failing which the child will be sent home forthwith to get it back,
  3. Parents should attend the Parent- Teacher meetings, for these are essential to has a better Co-ordination between them. The school tends the home environment of the child. Parents are requested to meet the class-teacher on the Scheduled day.
  4. The Works done by the pupils in their exercise books should be checked by the parents / guardians every day, to enable them to note the progress of their Work.
  5. The school will not be responsible for good, articles, money or books lost by the children.
  6. Parents are requested to clearly mark the name, class and section of the pupil on all woollens, tiffins, water bottles, caps etc.
  7. Damage to school property, or whatever nature, will have to be paid for, Writing on walls or furniture will be seriously deal with.
  8. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in enforcing regularity, discipline and a high academic standard.
  9. Last of all, they are expected to look into the diary, daily, to see their child's home assignments. Please make sure that your child does all his/her home assignments regularly.

 

MEETING THE PRINCIPAL & THE TEACHERS

During school days parents and guardians shall be permitted to meet the Principal between 11.00am to 12.00am

During school days parents and guardians shall be permitted to meet the teacher on any Saturday after last period only or on PTM Scheduled.

 

PROMOTION CRITERIA

  1. Absentees Examinations will be considered to have failed unless the school is satisfied with the reasons for missing the exam, The school does not re-examine students who miss exams.
  2. If a child fails in a class for two consecutive years, it is obligatory for the parents to withdraw the child from the school.
  3. Minimum attendance requirement is 90%.
  4. Only pupils who have passed in all the subjects finally have a right to be promoted to a higher standard.
  5. Decision of Promotion Committee headed by the Principal will be final and binding.

 

REMOVAL OF STUDENTS

A Student shall be to dismissal from school on any of the following grounds:

  1. Non-payment of fees
  2. Absence from school for more than ten working days without written

application.

  1. Non-Compliance with the rules and regulations of the school.
  2. Act of indiscipline and insubordination.
  3. Immoral act of stealing, damaging school property, misbehaviour. Non submission of the assignments given.
  4. Other school ai lures are not admitted.
